Procurement Coordinator

We are looking for an onsite IT Procurement Coordinator to support a 5-month project for a client in Santa Clara, CA.
$35 an hour w2. Onsite 5x a week.
Candidates must be local.
The Procurement Coordinator is skilled and experienced with reviewing and processing order requests as needed. Responsible for reviewing orders, checking the availability of the requested items, and processing the request as needed.

• Review and process requests for equipment Technicians
• Ensure requests are reviewed and responded to in a timely manner
• Work with external teams for procurement related inquiries or issues
• Complete additional tasks assigned by Management
• Maintain accuracy and a high level of attention to detail
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Provide remarkable customer service
• Possess experience with inventory management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be self-motivated, able to work independently and as a team member

The estimated pay range for this position is USD $25.00/Hr - USD $35.00/Hr.
