About the Role

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing Business Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, engaging senior decision-makers, and generating qualified sales opportunities for our professional staffing, and Global Capability Centre (GCC) services.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound prospecting, researching companies, building relationships, and opening doors with enterprise clients. If you are passionate about B2B sales and thrive in a target-driven environment, we would love to hear from you.


What You'll Do

  • Research target accounts, industry trends, and key decision-makers across enterprise organizations.
  • Execute outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other sales engagement platforms.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture potential opportunities aligned with the company& service offerings.
  • Schedule qualified discovery meetings for the Business Development and Sales teams.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline and maintain accurate records of all activities, conversations, and opportunities within the CRM.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly outreach, meeting, and pipeline generation targets.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales, Sales Development (SDR), Lead Generation, or Appointment Setting.
  • Experience selling or generating leads for IT Services, Technology Consulting, Professional Services, or Staffing organizations is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently engage CXOs, Directors, and senior business leaders.
  • Excellent research, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo.io, or similar platforms is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working with outbound sales targets.

  • Qualified meetings scheduled with target prospects.
  • Consistent outbound activity across calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Lead-to-meeting conversion rates.
  • Quality and accuracy of CRM updates.
  • Contribution to the overall sales pipeline and revenue opportunities.
