The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their location.
• Perform a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of light vehicles.
• Manage your own stock, complete necessary reports, and maintain effective customer communication.
• Represent the organisation with pride, providing advice and first-class service.
• Work independently, making sound judgments for each customer and challenge.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to daily challenges.
