Role Summary
Seeking a Technology Architect / Senior Full Stack .NET Developer with 10+ years of experience for a 6-month contract in New York, NY (100% Onsite). 
The candidate will serve as the senior technical authority for Oracle and SQL Server production support, leading SQL tuning and application optimization under peak operational loads. 
Key responsibilities include developing full-stack upgrades using C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, and RESTful Web APIs, alongside governing data fixes, PL/SQL and T-SQL performance tuning, and database release coordination.

Key Responsibilities
* Full Stack .NET Engineering: Design and build new application functionalities, upgrades, and RESTful Web APIs using C#, ASP.NET, and ASP.NET Core for operational workflows.
* Database Ownership & SQL Performance Tuning: Act as the senior authority for Oracle and SQL Server production databases; optimize complex SQL, PL/SQL, and T-SQL queries for high-volume operational data and peak loads.
* RESTful Web Services Governance: Set technical standards, troubleshoot, and optimize RESTful Web Services for real-time/near-real-time integrations with strong emphasis on security and performance.
* Audit Compliance & Release Management: Oversee production fixes, data reconciliations, and query governance under strict audit controls while executing database release coordination and rollback strategies.

## Required Skills
* Core Experience: 10+ years of dedicated experience in full-stack .NET application engineering and database architecture.
* Microsoft .NET Stack: Advanced proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, and Web API development.
* Database & SQL Tuning Stack: Deep expertise in Oracle and SQL Server, including complex SQL, PL/SQL, and T-SQL performance tuning and production debugging.
* API & Integrations: Strong hands-on background with RESTful Web Services troubleshooting, security, and performance remediation under heavy operational loads.
* Nice to Have: Experience governing audit-compliant data fixes and coordinating enterprise database releases/rollback plans.
