Agentforce Developer
Location: Hartford, CT (Onsite)
Role Overview
This organization is seeking two skilled developers to join the technology team. The successful candidates will focus on designing and building advanced agentic assistants to streamline workflows and enhance user interactions within a custom Salesforce application ecosystem. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to automate screen-based processes and integrate cutting-edge artificial intelligence agent solutions.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Salesforce-based agentic solutions utilizing Agentforce and Agent Script.
• Collaborate with the development team to design and build Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions.
• Write to data objects and develop solutions within the Data Cloud for reporting and observability.
• Contribute actively to design discussions and establish design best practices.
• Represent the development team in daily Scrum meetings and communicate technical concepts effectively to business stakeholders.
• Influence and collaborate with offshore development teams to ensure consistent delivery.

Required Qualifications
Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Mid-to-senior-level hands-on development experience in a Salesforce environment is required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Agentforce, Salesforce development, Agent Script, and Data Cloud/Data360 technology is required.
Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating custom Salesforce applications with voice and console systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of challenging the status quo to deliver efficient solutions
