Position: Product Consultant with ACI MTS

Location: Edison, NJ (Onsite Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ Months

Job description:

Lead and support end-to-end MTS implementations across payment modernization programs

Participate in solution design configuration integration testing deployment and production support activities

Collaborate with business stakeholders architects vendors and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation

Analyse client requirements and map them to MTS product capabilities

Support implementation planning migration strategies and risk mitigation activities

Coordinate SIT UAT production deployment and hyper care support

Troubleshoot implementation issues and provide timely resolution

Document business requirements functional specifications implementation plans and operational procedures

Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure successful program delivery

Provide implementation expertise and best practices based on prior MTS engagements

Required Skills Experience:

Mandatory

Proven experience in MTS product implementation

Strong understanding of payment processing systems and payment modernization programs

Experience delivering multiple MTS implementations from initiation through production deployment

Ability to contribute independently with minimal supervision and ramp up effort

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience working in Agile and Waterfall delivery environments

Preferred:

Hands-on experience with RTPS Real-time Payment Systems

Experience supporting domestic and international payment platforms

Knowledge of payment message standards including ISO 20022

Experience with ACH Wire RTP Fed Now SWIFT SEPA or equivalent payment systems

Exposure to banking and financial services payment operations

Understanding of payment workflows settlement processes reconciliation and exception management
