We are seeking an experienced professional for a leading national automotive glass repair and replacement company known for its commitment to quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. • *The Role**
• Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including the calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Assume leadership responsibilities for the service center, overseeing technical operations and standards.
• Manage daily operations, including scheduling and the processing of customer orders.
• Provide exceptional customer service, guiding clients from initial contact through vehicle handover.
• Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, managing customer funds, and conducting quality assurance.
• Ensure compliance with all company standards and audit requirements.

• *What You'll Need**
• Completed trade qualification in a relevant field (e.g., auto mechatronics, auto mechanics).
• Proven experience in vehicle glass repair and replacement.
• Leadership experience or the willingness to take on a supervisory role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks and basic PC skills.
• A valid driver's license.
