Aufgaben
- Sie verantworten die Stammdatenpflege
- In der Finanzbuchhaltung bearbeiten Sie Geschäftsvorfälle (debitorisch / kreditorisch)
- Sie bearbeiten Kreditorenworkflows, Rechnungsprüfung und -freigabe
- Als Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) klären Sie offene Salden
- Sie überwachen Zahlungsziele und sind für das Forderungsmanagement zuständig
- Sie machen statistische Meldungen
Worauf wir bauen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung als Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung idealerweise mit Verantwortung für Debitoren-, Kreditorenbuchhaltung
- Erfahrung in der Vorbereitung und Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel
