The Role • Provide exceptional customer guidance and support throughout the entire car buying and selling process. • Conduct thorough vehicle condition assessments and communicate findings to appraisal teams. • Manage vehicle intake, including checking in shipments and maintaining inventory records. • Perform cosmetic inspections to ensure vehicles meet high-quality standards. • Handle various administrative tasks, including paperwork, financing, and payment management. • Create service appointments and review repair order invoices for accuracy.
