Temporary Full-Time Human Resources Specialist

Rheo Engineering is seeking an HR Generalist to support our growing manufacturing team designing advanced powder handling and containment systems. In this hands-on role, you’ll manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and HR administration for both hourly and salaried staff. You’ll handle employee relations, benefits coordination, HRIS and records, and ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws. Partner closely with operations and leadership to support a safe, high-performance culture focused on innovation, integrity, and continuous improvement in a practical, engineering-driven environment.
