Senior Kronos Techno-Functional WFM

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced **Senior Kronos (UKG) Techno-Functional WFM Consultant** with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience supporting and enhancing enterprise Workforce Management environments. This role will be responsible for day-to-day production support, configuration, troubleshooting, integrations, and periodic onboarding of newly acquired business units into the Kronos ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing support and administration of Kronos/UKG Workforce Management solutions.
• Configure and maintain Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Accruals, and Workforce Analytics modules.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and support end users.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
• Support integrations between Kronos and HRIS, Payroll, ERP, and third-party systems.
• Lead or support the integration of newly acquired business units, including data migration, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Create functional and technical documentation and participate in system upgrades and patches.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of Kronos/UKG Workforce Management experience.
• Strong techno-functional expertise across configuration, support, and integrations.
• Experience with workforce acquisitions, mergers, or business unit onboarding projects.
• Knowledge of Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Workforce Integration Manager (WIM), and/or Boomi integrations.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) and/or Kronos Workforce Central.
• SQL, reporting, and API integration experience.
• Exposure to multi-state or large enterprise workforce environments.
