The Role

• Respond to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and system performance.
• Diagnose and resolve application and system issues, working both independently and collaboratively.
• Execute preventative maintenance and document all system modifications via a digital change control system.
• Perform software upgrades, major modifications, and end-to-end testing of all system changes on-site.
• Produce technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment.
• Strong knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion, and fire alarm systems.
• Working knowledge of network communications and IP addressing.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and time management skills.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
