Job Description:

Seeking a Healthcare System Analyst with strong knowledge of healthcare payer processes, including Eligibility & Enrollment, Provider Contract Pricing, Claims Adjudication, Billing, Appeals & Grievances.
Strong hands-on experience with Facets from a System Analyst/Developer perspective, including data models, architecture, benefits, claims, and end-to-end process flows.
Strong SQL skills; .NET / Full-Stack development experience is preferred.
Experience troubleshooting complex production issues, performing data analysis, and owning issues through resolution.
Ability to work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements and prepare functional and technical documentation.
Strong understanding of Facets benefits and claims is highly preferred.

Key Requirement:
Candidates should have hands-on Facets System Analyst experience, deep Benefits & Claims knowledge, strong SQL/data troubleshooting skills, and proven ownership of real-world production issues.
