Job Description:
  • Seeking a Healthcare System Analyst with strong knowledge of healthcare payer processes, including Eligibility & Enrollment, Provider Contract Pricing, Claims Adjudication, Billing, Appeals & Grievances.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Facets from a System Analyst/Developer perspective, including data models, architecture, benefits, claims, and end-to-end process flows.
  • Strong SQL skills; .NET / Full-Stack development experience is preferred.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex production issues, performing data analysis, and owning issues through resolution.
  • Ability to work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements and prepare functional and technical documentation.
  • Strong understanding of Facets benefits and claims is highly preferred.
Key Requirement:
Candidates should have hands-on Facets System Analyst experience, deep Benefits & Claims knowledge, strong SQL/data troubleshooting skills, and proven ownership of real-world production issues.
