Project Manager / Senior Site Manager – Industrial Construction Oxfordshire | £5m Project | Permanent We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Senior Site Manager to take responsibility for the delivery of a £5m construction project in Oxfordshire. The position is with an established main contractor with significant experience delivering industrial, logistics, warehouse and commercial developments across the UK. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys having genuine ownership of their project and wants to work for a contractor with a strong pipeline of similar work. The Role You&&'ll take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of the project, coordinating subcontractors, programme, quality and health &&& safety while working closely with the company&&'s Commercial, Design and Contracts teams. You&&'ll be expected to understand the complete build sequence and proactively drive the project rather than simply react to issues as they arise. Responsibilities will include:

• Managing the construction programme
• Day-to-day management of site operations
• Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
• Managing site health &&& safety
• Maintaining quality standards
• Short-term programming and sequencing
• Monitoring progress against programme
• Managing site meetings and reporting
• Liaising with the client and professional team
• Working alongside Commercial and Design teams
• Managing snagging, completion and handover Your Background Previous experience delivering industrial or logistics construction projects would be ideal. We would particularly like to hear from candidates with experience of steel-framed developments incorporating groundworks, concrete slabs, cladding, M&&&E, office accommodation and external works. You&&'ll need:
• Main contractor experience
• Previous Site/Project Management experience
• Strong subcontractor management skills
• Good technical construction knowledge
• Excellent health &&& safety awareness
• Strong programming and organisational ability
• Confidence dealing directly with clients and consultants
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid The role could suit an established Project Manager or a strong Senior Site Manager ready to take greater ownership of their own project.
