Are you passionate about building intelligent business applications with Microsoft Power Platform? We're looking for an AI & Power Platform Engineer to deliver enterprise-scale solutions that help organisations modernise processes, improve productivity, and unlock the value of AI.

This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll design, build and deliver production-ready Power Platform solutions, working alongside architects, business analysts, testers and client stakeholders. You'll also have the opportunity to develop expertise in the latest Microsoft AI technologies, including Copilot Studio.

• Design, build and enhance enterprise-scale solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse and AI Builder.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, user-friendly applications and automations.
• Design Dataverse data models, including tables, relationships, business rules and security roles.
• Implement secure, scalable solutions aligned with enterprise governance and best practices.
• Build integrations using standard, premium and custom connectors, along with API-based integration patterns.
• Extend Power Platform capabilities using Azure services such as Azure Functions where required.
• Support application lifecycle management, including solution packaging, deployments and release management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary delivery teams throughout design, build, testing and deployment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance existing solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform and Microsoft AI capabilities, sharing knowledge across delivery teams.
• Support pre-sales activities through technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts when required.

• Hands-on experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) and Power Automate.
• Experience designing and implementing Dataverse data models and security.
• Knowledge of AI Builder to deliver intelligent automation.
• Experience with Power Platform application lifecycle management and deployment processes.
• Strong integration experience using standard, premium and custom connectors.
• Experience extending solutions using Azure services such as Azure Functions.
• Ability to deliver solutions across the full development lifecycle from requirements through to support.
• Excellent communication skills with experience working alongside technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with Copilot Studio, or a strong interest in developing skills in Microsoft's latest AI technologies.
• Knowledge of Power Platform governance and Centre of Excellence frameworks.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions within a consulting or professional services environment.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
