Job Description

This Marketing Manager role is a hands-on, broad B2B marketing position supporting content creation, campaigns, events, social media, email marketing and partner initiatives while working closely with the Head of Marketing. It offers the opportunity to influence strategy, gain exposure to senior leadership, and help scale the marketing function within a growing AI-focused technology business

Description

  • Create and manage marketing content including website copy, blogs, case studies, emails, social media posts and webinar promotions.
  • Use AI-powered marketing tools to improve content quality, productivity and campaign performance.
  • Maintain and update website content through the company CMS.
  • Create visual assets and marketing materials using Canva and similar platforms.
  • Apply SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) best practices.
  • Plan, execute and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Support the delivery of industry events, customer events, partner events and webinars.
  • Execute pre-event, during-event and post-event marketing activities.
  • Build and manage email marketing campaigns using platforms such as HubSpot, Pardot or Mailchimp.
  • Segment audiences, manage newsletters and optimise engagement through performance analysis.
  • Create and schedule social media content, primarily on LinkedIn.
  • Track engagement metrics and report on results.
  • Support joint marketing initiatives with strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, sales teams and technical experts.
  • Ensure marketing activities align with commercial and business objectives.
  • Act as deputy to the Head of Marketing and help scale the marketing function as the business grows.

Profile

  • 3+ years B2B marketing experience.
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Experience delivering multi-channel campaigns.
  • Proficient with CMS, email marketing and LinkedIn.
  • Skilled in Canva and AI-powered marketing tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive and commercially minded.
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in technology, SaaS or digital transformation is desirable.

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary of 45,000 to 50,000, depending on experience.
  • Flexible hybrid working with 1-3 days per week in the Reading office.
