The Role

• Lead and manage a sales team within an assigned geographic area.
• Develop and execute strategies for driving all sales activities in the region.
• Achieve regional sales operational objectives by contributing to strategic plans and implementing improvements.
• Meet regional sales financial objectives through forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Establish sales objectives and quotas for districts in support of national goals.
• Maintain and expand customer base by fostering relationships and identifying new opportunities.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma/GED required; BS/BA degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
• Proven track record in sales and delivery of commercial electronic security solutions.
• Demonstrated project and people management skills and experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of sales or marketing management experience.
• At least 5 years of outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven success in high quota attainment.
