The Role

• Provide individual and activating social support to residents.
• Prepare and conduct individual and group activities with residents.
• Assist residents with daily living challenges.
• Contribute to the implementation of care documentation and planning.
• Maintain close contact with residents, their families, and medical professionals.
• Participate in the professional guidance and development of care assistants, trainees, and interns.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in geriatric or general healthcare and nursing.
• Additional qualification as a Gerontopsychiatric Specialist.
• Passion for working with elderly and care-dependent individuals.
