The Role

  • Provide professional and person-centered nursing care, including basic and treatment care.
  • Plan, implement, document, and evaluate nursing care based on individual resident needs.
  • Actively listen to residents' wishes and concerns, collaborating with them and their families to find solutions.
  • Ensure adequate supply of medications, dressing materials, and care aids.
  • Mentor and support new colleagues, trainees, and interns to ensure smooth team integration.

What You'll Need

  • Qualification as a registered nurse (e.g., state-recognized geriatric nurse, general nurse, or pediatric nurse).
  • Ideally, prior professional experience in nursing.
  • A strong preference for teamwork and collaborative work environments.
  • Empathy, professionalism, and a compassionate approach to care.
  • Proactive and innovative mindset to contribute to service improvements.
  • Genuine interest in understanding and supporting the strengths and abilities of residents.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to open dialogue.
