The Role

• Drive new business growth within an assigned territory by prospecting, closing deals, and building client relationships.
• Conduct on-site assessments and present compelling solutions for uniform rental and facility services.
• Develop customized proposals and secure multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain accurate client records and activity logs within the CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.

What You'll Need

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within industrial supply, services, or related fields.
• Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and managing the full sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and presentation skills.
• A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a drive for results.
• Openness to coaching and a willingness to learn and adapt.
• A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
