We're hiring on behalf of a leading European paper industry company that operates across various sectors and utilizes 100% recycled raw materials. The Role

• Operate and monitor machinery locally and via the Process Control System (PLS).
• Start up and shut down the paper machine and manage paper web breaks.
• Conduct covering changes and guide assigned personnel.
• Clean machine parts and change doctor blades.
• Adjust and check paper web tensions.
• Monitor quality parameters using PLS, Quality Control System (QLS), and laboratory data.

What You'll Need

• Successfully completed vocational training as a Paper Technologist or equivalent qualification.
• Professional experience as a Paper Technologist is desirable.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and exhibit flexibility and resilience.
• Experience with operation and monitoring of production machinery.
• Understanding of quality control parameters and processes.
• Capacity to manage and guide support staff.
