Aureol Global Connections is seeking five skilled BIM Coordinators to join our team of professionals. As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the management and coordination of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across multidiscipline projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure that BIM standards are met and that all stakeholders have access to accurate and up-to-date project information. Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and management of BIM processes and standards throughout projects.
- Coordinate and integrate the BIM workflow among various disciplines, ensuring consistency and accuracy across models.
- Facilitate the resolution of BIM-related issues and conflicts among project teams.
- Conduct regular model audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Provide training and support to team members on BIM tools, processes, and best practices.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to BIM execution plans and project workflows.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and implement improvements to the BIM process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in BIM technology, and regulatory changes.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience as a BIM Coordinator or in a BIM management role within the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools).
- Thorough understanding of BIM processes, workflows, and industry standards.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and staying informed about emerging technologies in BIM.
