Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and management of BIM processes and standards throughout projects.
• Coordinate and integrate the BIM workflow among various disciplines, ensuring consistency and accuracy across models.
• Facilitate the resolution of BIM-related issues and conflicts among project teams.
• Conduct regular model audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Provide training and support to team members on BIM tools, processes, and best practices.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to BIM execution plans and project workflows.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and implement improvements to the BIM process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in BIM technology, and regulatory changes.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant experience as a BIM Coordinator or in a BIM management role within the construction or engineering industry.
• Strong proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools).
• Thorough understanding of BIM processes, workflows, and industry standards.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
