Office-based, 5 days a week, London

Salary: Circa £65k plus bonus

The role:

We’re working with a growing B2B events and media business looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing across a portfolio of events, publications, digital products and industry communities. This is a commercially focused role, with responsibility for audience growth, delegate acquisition, lead generation, brand development and revenue growth. You’ll have the opportunity to shape marketing strategy while remaining hands-on with campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver multi-channel marketing strategies across multiple brands and products
• Drive delegate, subscriber and audience growth through email, social, content, digital advertising and partnerships
• Lead campaigns for new product and event launches
• Work closely with sales, content and senior leadership to support commercial objectives
• Monitor campaign performance, ROI and audience data, using insight to optimise activity
• Manage and develop junior marketing team members
• Support the delivery and growth of conferences, exhibitions and digital products

Requirements:

• Background in events, exhibitions, publishing, media or conferences
• Proven experience delivering audience growth and lead generation
• Strong copywriting and communication skills
• Experience managing budgets, campaigns and junior team members
• Confident using CRM, email marketing, analytics and CMS platforms
• Commercial, data-driven and hands-on approach
