Director of Engineering

Position Summary:
Seeking a Director of Engineering & Facilities to lead engineering, facilities, capital projects, automation, and infrastructure across multiple manufacturing locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop Engineering & Facilities teams
• Manage capital projects, budgets, and resources
• Drive process improvements, automation, and equipment reliability
• Oversee electrical, mechanical, PLC, and industrial systems
• Lead equipment design, innovation, and facility upgrades
• Ensure OSHA, fire safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance
• Manage emergency response and business continuity
• Oversee CMMS, technical documentation, and security infrastructure

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of Engineering/Facilities leadership experience
• Strong people management and technical leadership skills
• Experience with industrial equipment, electrical/mechanical systems, and automation
• Experience managing capital projects, budgets, and resources
• Knowledge of OSHA, fire safety, environmental, and hazardous materials regulations
