Job Title: Lead BASIS2 Software Consultant / Senior BASIS2 Programmer Utility Billing

Job Description:

REQUIRED SKILLS
5+ years basis2 consulting experience
5+ years basis2 software internals experience
5+ years basis2 programming experience
5+ years major interfaces and extracts experience, specifically 5+ years experience with, at a minimum, courts, readings, shutoffs, payments, payments, and bank transactions.
Full understanding of the basis2 database design and entity relationships
Background in leading requirements and design gathering activities for large-scale water utility billing processes.
Provide liaison role between business users and other technical staff.
Experience is resolving production issues in a timely fashion, on live running Oracle based billing systems of high volume.
Ability to define and document business process models, design, configuration, system, workflow, user procedures and test scenarios.
Knowledge of project lifecycle (SDLC) phases and related technical software promotion activities
Accounting knowledge as it relates to water billing.
Experience creating policy and process documentation.
Demonstrated experience creating and explaining Project management dashboards.
Support testing activities to confirm expected outcomes of business requirements.
Excellent written and oral communications. Strong organizational and analysis skills
Ability to coordinate analysis efforts across multiple teams.
Ability to produce documentation using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
5+ years ORACLE SQL experience in developing and executing queries/reports.
5+ years Oracle E-Business Suite application experience
Oracle eBusiness configuration setup and technical implementation experience
Experience in high-performance, high-volume application programming techniques
