Senior Asset Management Analyst

Supports portfolio and asset management for a large single-family rental portfolio through financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, market research, and investment recommendations. Develops financial models and metrics, monitors property and portfolio performance, and collaborates across departments to improve asset management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital allocation, budgeting, and planning processes for the portfolio.
• Develop performance metrics, cash flow targets, forecasts, and corrective action plans.
• Monitor financial results, physical asset conditions, and operating trends and report findings to management.
• Build and update financial models and prepare cash analysis, forecasting, and investor reports.
• Research real estate markets and recommend portfolio, property, and investment strategies.
• Coordinate asset management initiatives with analysts, interns, and cross-functional teams.
