The Role
• Actively acquire new B2B customers nationwide via telephone, focusing on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
• Independently manage the entire sales cycle, from lead identification and needs analysis to closing deals.
• Drive daily outbound activities to achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Utilize and maintain a CRM system for lead qualification, offer tracking, and sales opportunity documentation.
• Collaborate closely with customer service to ensure optimal client support and identify growth potential.
• Achieve predefined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within a performance-driven team.
What You'll Need
• Previous experience in telephone sales or a strong aptitude for sales, with motivated career changers welcome.
• Completed vocational training or a university degree is beneficial.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for active listening to understand and address customer needs.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
• A goal-oriented, self-motivated work ethic with a passion for achieving sales targets.
