D365 F&O Software Engineering Manager

Location: Windsor, UK (Hybrid)
Contract: 6-12 Months
Working Arrangement: Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced D365 F&O Software Engineering Manager to lead technical delivery, engineering teams and ERP transformation initiatives in Windsor. You will oversee solution architecture, integrations, Azure DevOps and development standards, driving scalable finance and supply chain solutions across a complex enterprise environment.

D365 F&O Software Engineering Manager - Windsor (Hybrid) - Contract

An exciting opportunity for an experienced D365 F&O Software Engineering Manager to take ownership of engineering delivery, technical governance and platform development within a large-scale enterprise environment.

You will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, oversee solution architecture and drive the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions supporting finance, billing, revenue recognition and supply chain operations.

Working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, you will ensure the platform remains scalable, secure and aligned with business objectives, while driving engineering standards and continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience.
  • Expertise in D365 F&O Extensions and Electronic Reporting.
  • Strong Azure DevOps, ALM and CI/CD experience.
  • Experience with Power Platform, Dataverse and API integrations.
  • Understanding of enterprise integration architecture and ERP solutions.
  • Knowledge of Finance, Accounting, P2P, O2C and Subscription Billing.
  • Experience leading software engineering and development teams.
  • Background delivering large-scale D365 F&O implementations or transformations.
  • Strong stakeholder, resource and delivery management capabilities.
