The Role

• Support the Restaurant Leader in all day-to-day operations.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and payroll for hourly crewmembers.
• Create crewmember work and training schedules.
• Manage hourly crewmember performance through coaching and development.
• Act as manager on duty, responsible for opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure accountability for cash handling and enforce company policies and standards.

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple changing priorities.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• GCSEs or equivalent required; some tertiary education preferred.
