Mid-Level Project Manager Digital Transformation WFH

Expertech is partnering with a leading digital transformation agency to find a mid-level Project Manager to join their Support team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced agency PM who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely likes working with clients. You'll be managing a mix of eCommerce and CMS projects, often juggling multiple priorities and switching between different types of work throughout the day.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong project delivery skills with a service-oriented mindset, excellent communication and the confidence to build trusted client relationships.

You'll have plenty of direct external client contact, so this isn't a role for someone who prefers to stay behind the scenes. You'll be the person clients rely on to keep things moving, solve problems and make sure they feel supported.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Mid-level Project Management experience within a digital, technology or transformation agency.
• Proven experience managing eCommerce and/or CMS projects.
• Strong understanding of digital project delivery, with the ability to manage competing priorities and frequently switch between projects and client needs.
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working directly with external clients and building strong, trusted relationships.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines, expectations, scope and competing demands.
• A genuine service mentality - you're proactive, responsive and focused on finding solutions for clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively with developers, designers, content teams and other digital specialists.
• Commercial awareness and the confidence to identify opportunities to improve or extend the work being delivered.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Experience with Optimizely would be highly regarded.
• Experience with other CMS platforms such as Sitecore, Kentico or Contentful.
• Experience across a range of eCommerce platforms.
• Previous Account Management experience or exposure to managing client accounts.
• A natural ability to spot opportunities for cross-selling or expanding client relationships.
• Experience working within a support or managed-services environment.
• Agile delivery experience and familiarity with digital development workflows.

You'll be joining an established digital transformation agency where no two days are quite the same.The Support team sits at the heart of the client relationship, giving you the opportunity to work across a broad range of digital projects, platforms and challenges. You'll have genuine ownership, direct access to clients and the chance to make a visible impact. The key focus in this role is to service various clients, which can be WFH in Australia. We are looking for candidates who have eligible working rights to work in Australia and who live in Australia.
