Job Description

Brand Manager Camberley

£45,000 - £50,000 DOE per annum

Our client is seeking a commercially minded and passionate Brand Manager to help drive brand growth, innovation and profitability across a successful FMCG portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketer to take ownership of brand plans, lead new product launches, and use consumer insights to influence business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver brand plans and marketing campaigns that drive sales and growth.
  • Lead new product launches and renovation projects from concept to launch.
  • Analyse consumer, shopper and market insights to identify opportunities.
  • Monitor brand performance, profitability and category trends.
  • Work collaboratively with sales teams, agencies and key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Previous Brand Manager experience within an FMCG environment.
  • Experience working with premium consumer brands.
  • Proven success delivering product launches and brand growth initiatives.
  • Strong commercial awareness, analytical skills and project management ability.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

  • Degree-level education or equivalent business experience.
  • Marketing qualification desirable.
  • Fluent English, written and verbal.
