Boomi & EDI Technical Lead

·         Serve as the primary liaison between the Integration Manager, business stakeholders, and the offshore development team.

·      Lead and coordinate offshore resources, ensuring clear communication, task assignment, and timely delivery of project milestones.

·         Review, analyze, and translate technical requirements into actionable development tasks and integration solutions.

·         Provide hands-on technical leadership for Dell Boomi integration development and EDI implementations.

·         Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies.

·         Validate team timesheets and oversee resource utilization to ensure accuracy and accountability.

·         Manage project estimates, actual effort, timelines, and costs to maintain alignment with project objectives.

·         Drive continuous improvement initiatives by implementing integration best practices, standards, and process enhancements.

·         Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

·         Demonstrate strong experience in Boomi, EDI, offshore team leadership, stakeholder management, and fast-paced project delivery environments.
