Must-Have Skills:

• Expert experience deploying, configuring, operating, and maintaining LANsweeper, including monitoring, reporting, fault/performance analysis, and trend analysis
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues independently and communicate technical concepts to business users.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or 3+ years of relevant experience, with 3+ years supporting.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with network deployments across cloud and on-premises environments
• Firewalling experience and broader network infrastructure knowledge.
