Location: Houston TX - Hybrid

Duration: 6- 12 months

Background & Context

Client has recently expanded their Salesforce environment significantly - three new entities went live July 1st, with two more still pending go-live. Field FX (FFX), built on the Salesforce platform, is their primary tool used across all applications. The rapid growth has created loose controls and cleanup work that needs attention, and compliance-related questions are increasing now that Salesforce is a core business application. The client needs additional bandwidth to manage the demand.

Job Description

This is a functional, not technical, role. The ideal candidate is a Jr. Salesforce Admin or Salesforce-savvy Business Analyst who can:

• Sit in on meetings, capture requirements, and follow up on action items
• Clarify and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Support wherever help is needed across the Salesforce/FFX environment
• Take direction well and run with tasks independently
• Salesforce Admin certification is a plus, not required
