David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a leading international B2C iGaming operator seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Manager.

Key Priority

Hands-on experience with the German GGL licence and German gambling regulations is highly desirable.

The Role

You will manage regulatory compliance across several licensed markets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing licensing, renewals, regulatory reporting and regulator communications

  • Ensuring internal operations remain compliant with local regulations

  • Conducting compliance audits and maintaining audit-ready documentation

  • Advising Marketing, Payments, Product and Operations teams

  • Monitoring regulatory changes and assessing their business impact

  • Reviewing complex customer and regulatory complaints

Requirements

  • 3+ years of regulatory compliance experience within online gambling

  • Strong knowledge of multi-jurisdictional iGaming regulation

  • German GGL licensing experience is essential

  • Experience working directly with regulators is an advantage

  • Strong analytical, organisational and report-writing skills

Working Model

Cyprus-based employees will work on-site during the six-month probation period, followed by a hybrid model. EU-based remote candidates are also welcome as long as you have strong GGL expertise. Remote employment would be offered through a consultancy agreement, with salary flexibility depending on location and experience. Occasional travel to Cyprus will be required.
