Pharmversity is a growing startup dedicated to bridging the gap between pharmacy education and the professional industry. We provide an end-to-end platform for pharmacy students, entrepreneurs, and companies, focusing on training, career opportunities, and strategic recruitment.


The Role

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. You will be the face of Pharmversity, responsible for expanding our ecosystem by onboarding both educational institutions and corporate partners.


Key Responsibilities

Institutional Onboarding: Identify and partner with Pharmacy colleges and universities to integrate Pharmversity's portal and training programs into their curriculum.


Corporate Partnerships: Approach and build relationships with pharmaceutical companies, retail chains, and wholesale distributors to secure recruitment mandates.


Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between colleges (the talent source) and companies (the recruiters) to ensure seamless placement drives.


Market Expansion: Travel across the region to conduct presentations, attend industry seminars, and represent Pharmversity to key decision-makers.


Strategy & Reporting: Develop sales strategies to meet onboarding targets and provide regular feedback on market trends to the leadership team.


Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in Business Development
  • Skills in Business Strategy, Client Relationship Management, and Market Research
  • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a strong advantage
