Sales Consultant (Rewards)

Location: Hinckley

Salary: 30,000 basic salary + 60,000 OTE

We are looking for a proactive, highly motivated, and results-driven professional to join our expanding team.

Role Overview

As a Reward Sales Consultant, you will take full ownership of outbound prospecting, driving new business revenue across our market-leading Reward portfolio. This is a consultative, sales-led role where you will identify customer needs, qualify opportunities, and convert leads into long-term clients.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Full Sales Cycle: Execute proactive sales calls to generate new business opportunities from targeted campaign lists through to teams meetings and closing.
  • Account Growth: Cross-sell additional services to existing clients and actively secure business referrals.
  • Multi-Channel Prospecting: Engage senior stakeholders using phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate, end-to-end records of your sales pipeline and activities within Salesforce.
  • Product Demonstrations: Develop deep knowledge of our Reward portfolio to deliver engaging online platform demos.
  • Client Onboarding: Conduct software training sessions and guide clients through our job evaluation methodologies.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Sales Track Record: Proven experience in a consultative B2B sales environment.
  • Resilience & Confidence: Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and building rapport with senior stakeholders.
  • Key Skills: Excellent communication, a proactive attitude, and top-tier interpersonal skills.
  • Drive: Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about hitting performance indicators.
  • Advantageous (but not essential): Prior knowledge of pay and reward principles, or experience delivering training workshops.
