Job description

- Partner with experienced advisors in joint client meetings and planning opportunities.

- Develop and grow your own book of business.

- Serve and cultivate relationships with existing CapWell Financial Advisors' clients.

- Build new relationships through our proven introduction-based business development process.

- Create comprehensive financial plans and help clients act on their recommendations.

- Build strong community relationships with business owners, accountants, attorneys, and other professionals.

Compensation & Benefits

- A base salary and draw structure designed to support you while you build your practice. Additional compensation includes commission opportunities based on fee-based planning revenue and insurance production, wealth management fee revenue (including applicable overrides), immediate ownership of the wealth management book you build, and a defined book buyout arrangement.
