ETL Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ETL/data integration solutions.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable ETL processes.
• Design and develop complex data pipelines, mappings, workflows, and transformations.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and data processing logic.
• Integrate data from multiple sources including relational databases, APIs, flat files, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, transformation, reconciliation, and error handling.
• Monitor ETL jobs and troubleshoot performance, data quality, and production issues.
• Optimize ETL processes for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Establish and maintain ETL development standards, coding practices, and documentation.
• Lead code reviews and provide technical guidance and mentoring to ETL developers.
• Work with Data Warehouse/Data Lake teams to support dimensional modeling and downstream reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with DBAs, data architects, application teams, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Support deployment, production implementation, and post-production troubleshooting.
• Ensure data security, governance, quality, and compliance requirements are incorporated into ETL solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation including source-to-target mappings, data flows, technical specifications, and operational procedures
