Automation QA Engineer

Mandatory Skills: Accessibility Testing Voice / VoIP / SIP Testing

Job Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end Quality Assurance testing for Contact Center applications and platforms.

• Perform Voice/VoIP/SIP testing, including validation of call flows, voice functionality, call routing, and contact-center integrations.

• Perform Accessibility Testing to validate application compliance with applicable accessibility standards.

• Design, develop, and maintain API and REST API automated test suites.

• Develop and maintain UI automation scripts using Selenium and Python.

• Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing.

• Conduct performance testing and identify application/API performance issues.

• Perform backend and data validation using SQL.

• Use Splunk for log analysis, troubleshooting, monitoring, and defect investigation.

• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines and maintain automation code using Git.

• Follow ITSM processes for incident, defect, problem, and change management.

• Document test plans, test cases, test results, defects, and quality metrics.

• Work closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and other QA engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

• Communicate testing progress, defects, risks, and release readiness clearly to project stakeholders.
