Maintenance Engineer

This an excellent opportunity with for a Maintenance Engineer to join an FMCG Manufacturer in Leicestershire. You will be responsible for reactive and preventative maintenance across the site and providing a continuous improvement-based culture. Maintenance Engineer Salary - £50,000 per annum Shift pattern - 4 on 4 off days and nights Location - Leicestershire

Responsibilities:

Efficiently repair various production machinery using both reactive and preventative maintenance techniques, including motors, control panels and various systems<br />Confidence with PLC fault finding<br />Demonstrate proficiency in both electrical and mechanical principles.<br />Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.<br />Collaborate with the production team to optimise equipment performance and minimise downtime.<br />Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and provide reports as needed.Requirements: Previous experience in the FMCG sector.<br />Relevant qualifications in electrical/Mechanical engineering (BTEC, HNC, etc.).<br />Experience in a similar role, such as (shift engineer, multi skilled engineer, engineering technician, shift technician, electrical maintenance engineer, mechanical maintenance engineer)<br />Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.If this could be of interest, please apply or reach out to for more information
