Fire Alarm Service & Maintenance Engineer Location: Multiple Locations throughout London/Home Counties<br />Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Fire Alarm Service & Maintenance Engineer Required ProGroup Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Fire Alarm Service & Maintenance Engineer to join a growing and well-established fire safety business. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking to develop their career with a company that invests heavily in training, offers a clear progression route into senior and commissioning roles, and provides long-term job security. The Role You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of fire alarm systems across occupied residential properties, delivering a high standard of workmanship while providing excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Routine servicing of addressable and conventional fire alarm systems
- Fault finding, diagnostics and remedial repairs
- Carrying out small works, including like-for-like replacement of fire alarm components
- Working on a variety of manufacturers' systems, including:
- Honeywell
- Apollo
- Kentec
- Gent
- Accurately completing service documentation and reports
- Providing a professional service when working within occupied residential buildings What We're Looking For
- Previous experience servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience working with both conventional and addressable systems
- Knowledge of leading manufacturers such as Honeywell, Apollo, Kentec and Gent is desirable
- Comfortable working in occupied residential environments with excellent customer-facing skills
- Full UK Driving Licence What's on Offer
