Software Development and Data Services IT Manager

National Field Representatives, Inc. seeks an IT Manager, Programming & Data Services to lead development and data initiatives supporting mortgage field services. This role oversees a small team of developers/analysts, manages SDLC for internal applications, and ensures data quality, integration, and reporting for operations and client needs. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution design, database management, API integrations, and BI/reporting support. The manager enforces security and compliance standards, coordinates with business leaders, mentors staff, and drives continuous improvement in a stable, process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead programming and data services team supporting mortgage field operations
• Manage full SDLC for internal applications and tools
• Gather business requirements and translate into technical solutions
