Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Oracle FCCS implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Configure and enhance FCCS applications, including metadata, dimensions, consolidation rules, ownership management, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, business rules, task lists, security, and financial reports.
Provide Level 2/Level 3 production support by troubleshooting application, data integration, consolidation, and reporting issues while meeting SLA commitments.
Perform root cause analysis, implement permanent fixes, and support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, patches, environment migrations, and release management activities.
Design, develop, and maintain business rules, Data Integration processes, Smart View reports, Financial Reporting artifacts, EPM Automate scripts, REST API integrations, and Groovy rules.
Integrate FCCS with Oracle ERP Cloud and other ERP systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft, or Workday, ensuring data accuracy and reconciliation.
Partner with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Audit, and IT stakeholders to streamline financial close, consolidation, and statutory reporting processes.
Lead system enhancements, performance optimization, testing (SIT/UAT), documentation, and knowledge transfer activities.
Mentor junior team members, provide technical leadership, and promote best practices across Oracle EPM Cloud implementations.
Support governance, change management, compliance, and audit requirements in regulated financial environments.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor''''s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
8+ years of Oracle EPM experience, including at least 5+ years of hands-on Oracle FCCS implementation and production support.
Proven experience delivering multiple full-cycle Oracle FCCS implementations.
Strong expertise in financial consolidation, close management, currency translation, intercompany eliminations, ownership management, and financial reporting.
Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, Calculation Manager, Data Integration, Financial Reporting, Smart View, EPM Automate, REST APIs, and Groovy scripting.
Experience integrating FCCS with Oracle ERP Cloud or other enterprise ERP platforms.
Strong experience supporting and troubleshooting integrations with enterprise financial systems (e.g., Anaplan and FloQast), including data validation, reconciliation, tie-out analysis, and issue resolution across end-to-end financial close processes.
Strong knowledge of SQL, data validation, reconciliation, and performance tuning.
Experience working within ITIL, Agile, and DevOps environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting financial services organizations is highly preferred.
Knowledge of Oracle EPBCS, ARCS, EDMCS, PCMCS, or other Oracle EPM Cloud modules.
Oracle EPM Cloud certification is preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
