ADP Workforce Now / Dayforce Platform SME

The Client is seeking an experienced Dayforce Platform SME or ADP Workforce Now SME with strong expertise in plan configuration, plan build, and file feed integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and maintaining HR, benefits, payroll, and related plans while ensuring accurate and efficient data exchange between the HR platform and internal or external systems and vendors.

This individual will serve as a subject matter expert for either the Ceridian Dayforce or ADP Workforce Now platform, supporting system configuration, file feed setup, troubleshooting, testing, and ongoing optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Dayforce or ADP Workforce Now.
• Configure, build, and maintain benefit, payroll, HR, and other business-related plans within the platform.
• Translate business requirements into effective system and plan configurations.
• Configure and manage outbound and inbound file feeds to support data exchange with internal systems and external vendors.
• Work with file formats such as 834 EDI, CSV, and other HR/payroll data files.
• Perform data mapping, validation, and testing to ensure accurate file transmission and system integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve plan configuration, data, file feed, and integration issues.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and external vendors to support system functionality and data requirements.
• Conduct system testing, quality assurance, and validation for new configurations and file feeds.
• Support ongoing system enhancements, configuration changes, and process improvements.
• Ensure configurations and data exchanges align with business, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain documentation for plan configurations, file specifications, mappings, processes, and issue resolutions.
• Provide functional support and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience as a Dayforce Platform SME or ADP Workforce Now SME.
• Demonstrated experience with plan configuration and plan build within Dayforce or ADP Workforce Now.
• Experience configuring and maintaining file feeds and data integrations.
• Knowledge of file formats including 834 EDI, CSV, and other structured data files.
• Strong understanding of HR, Benefits, Payroll, and/or HRIS processes.
• Experience troubleshooting configuration, data, and integration issues.
• Knowledge of data mapping, validation, and file transmission processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with both Ceridian Dayforce and ADP Workforce Now platforms.
• Experience with benefits administration and payroll integrations.
• Knowledge of HR data interfaces and vendor integrations.
• Experience with EDI transactions, particularly 834 benefit enrollment files.
• Familiarity with system implementation, enhancement, or migration projects.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple configuration and integration priorities.
