    • Lead electrical troubleshooting and corrective repair during incidents, outages, or abnormal system conditions
    • Support infrastructure lifecycle work, including upgrades, expansions, and new equipment deployment
    • Provide technical oversight of vendor-performed maintenance, ensuring work is executed safely and meets standards
    • Review and validate electrical documentation, including single-line diagrams, as-builts, and capacity records
    • Participate in change management by reviewing MOPs for electrical safety, redundancy impact, and technical accuracy
    • Support audits, post-incident reviews, and pre-sales engineering by providing electrical subject matter expertise

What Makes You a Good Fit

    • Strong hands-on experience with mission-critical electrical systems in data centers, industrial facilities, or similar environments
    • Deep understanding of power systems including UPS, generators, switchgear, transformers, and distribution
    • Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues and lead technical response during high-pressure situations
    • Strong working knowledge of electrical safety practices, including lockout/tagout, arc flash, and PPE requirements
    • Experience working with vendors and ensuring technical work meets defined standards
    • Attention to detail in documentation, system validation, and safe execution of electrical work
