Job description

This is a fabulous opportunity at one of the world's leading algorithmic trading firms. A community of self-starters from multiple tech backgrounds - maths, computer science, statistics, physics, engineering - they have built one of the world's most sophisticated computing environments for research and development with data at the core of all trading strategies.
As a Research Data Engineer, your main focus will be managing the end-to-end data pipeline - from onboarding raw vendor data, through validating & normalizing, to refined feature sets for alpha research - alongside ensuring high quality service via rigorous data checks and alerts. You'll work directly with researchers to build datasets that add value to trading strategies, as well as being the subject-matter expert in the datasets you onboard.
This role would suit a strong problem-solver who enjoys collaborating with others in a fast-paced and energetic environment.

  • Feel valued and be rewarded for your hard work where coding is front and centre
