The Role • Drive new business growth within an assigned territory. • Prospect and qualify leads through various outreach methods, including cold calling and in-person visits. • Conduct on-site assessments and present solutions for uniform rental and facility services. • Develop and present tailored proposals, ultimately closing multi-year service agreements. • Maintain accurate client information and sales activities in the CRM system. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. What You'll Need • 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, with a preference for experience in industrial supply or related service sectors. • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and managing the full sales cycle. • Strong negotiation and closing abilities. • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to prospecting. • Openness to coaching and feedback to continuously improve sales skills. • A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
