Director of Product Engineering

We are working with a fast-growing PE -Backed B2B SaaS Data Analytics business, hiring a Head of Data & AI Product to lead the next phase of its product evolution.

This is a high-impact role focused on building scalable data, AI and analytics capabilities as the business moves from a bespoke, sales-led model to a product-centric platform.

Key responsibilities:

• Own product strategy across data platform, AI optimisation, and client reporting
• Build scalable data infrastructure and a single source of truth
• Productise AI-driven targeting, recommendations and campaign optimisation
• Replace manual reporting with real-time insights and dashboards
• Reporting into the CEO, working in proximity with engineering and commercial teams

Ideal candidates will bring senior product leadership experience in SaaS, with a strong technical background in data, AI/ML or platform products. The role is remote with travel once a month to Berlin.
