They are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join a dynamic team supporting a large enterprise IT contract. The Role • Provide systems and software operations and maintenance support in a large, multi-enclave network enterprise. • Manage Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) operations, including server maintenance, patching, upgrades, and implementation of new technologies. • Interact with customers, including senior executives, to handle service inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide training to remote personnel. • Enforce security strategies and policies within established guidelines for identity and access management. • Develop and document solutions for complex technical issues related to Active Directory and Windows environments. • Conduct root cause analysis and provide follow-up reports for process improvement initiatives. What You'll Need • Mastery of Identity and Access Management (IdAM) technical areas and broad expertise across multiple systems. • Experience with PKI technologies such as Certificate Authorities, RCVS, and OCSP. • Familiarity with Intelligence Community (IC) systems security standards and concepts. • Experience issuing, troubleshooting, and managing token cards for two-factor authentication. • Proficiency in troubleshooting soft-certificate issues for local and remote customers. • Experience with Tier 2 system/server administration and utilizing IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.
